Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

This is a very clean, modern Hampton Inn very close to many things in Asheville. We brought the kids here to see the lights at the Arboretum for New Year’s Eve. Clean rooms, great pool that the kids loved, and I personally love the fitness center, which has really new equipment. Only negative was breakfast was totally out of several things, including oatmeal and muffins and it was supposed to be served until 10 AM and at 9:20 when we asked, they just told us they didn’t have any more. Kind of ehhhh for a New Years morning. Either way still a great hotel and I would stay here for work and I plan to in the future.

Ahhhh...this place restores my faith in the Hilton Hampton brand. Everything was great from check in to check out. Room immaculate in good working oder, clean hallways, comfortable bed, quality linens, well lit parking lot. The breakfast is average basic hampton breakfast...appreciated the egg white frittata vs greasy eggs. Slight disappointment that gluten free bread option not available...Loved the up to date, new, clean furnishings throughout. Fridge and microwave in room clean and in good working order.

Clean. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was just “OK”. I was “on the fence” giving our experience there either “4” or “5” stars, but TAMMIE at the front desk was just outstanding - exceptionally service-minded, and she tipped my review to “5” stars. The Hampton Inn was very convenient for us while visiting in Asheville. Right in the center of places that we enjoy going from the farmers market to the Arboretum to the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course the outlets but that is not what we come to do. Our room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we stayed an extra night. We felt like we got great value For our dollar. The website was very easy to navigate, and it was very simple to book our lodging. Breakfast offerings were good. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly come back as we have stayed there before for these very reasons.

Cannot complain. Picked our room but I don't think we got the one I wanted, but this room was just as wonderful. Same location just opposite sides. Quite, end of hall. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Just miss the daily bed making and clean towels. Its just a pain to request towels each day. If the sheets would stay on the bed, I wouldn't have a problem with no room cleaning service. Front desk was friendly. Had a slight issue with kids running down the stairwell which was located right next to our room. Sounded like a stampede. I just menetioned to the front desk and we never heard another peep. There was a baseball team staying that night so I'm sure it was those kiddos. The other days it was so quite. Very nice hotel would definiely stay again and would recommend.
