Customer Reviews
The beds were clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet and safe. However, the bathroom was in a slight state of disrepair and there were a lot of chips in the wall paint. Also, the down elevator button on our floor (3rd) didn't work.
Positive: Location and breakfast Negative: Only made the beds and took used towels. No fresh towels and no toilet paper. No fan in bathroom and paint peeling off the door.
This hotel property is deplorable by Hampton Inn standards. Our first room had holes in the walls, a peeling ceiling, and the furniture was falling apart and outdated. I have never been in a Hampton Inn that was so poorly maintained. We asked for a better room. When we moved to it, it was found to be no better. Nasty shower, horribly beat up furnishings, and poorly cleaned including pubic hairs on the nightstand. The bathrooms were filthy. The lobby was beat up and aged. I called Hilton and asked to move to another hotel and they accommodated our request.
This hotel is in desperate need of updates. The front desk staff was very friendly. But the hotel itself is just sad. And the rate of almost $300 for one night is literal highway robbery. It smells bad in our room, all the furniture is broken. There are stains on the walls and the sheets. There are stains on the bathroom walls, which I think might be mold. The bathtub is chipped and moldy. If all rooms in the area weren’t sold out we would be gone. We stay at Hilton properties all of the time for sports tournaments and family trips and this is by far the worst room I have seen.
This room was a dump. I was very disappointed because I almost always stay at Hampton Inns because you can count on them to be clean and nice. In our room, the fire alarm was ripped off the wall and left a crumbling hole. The thermostat was missing and there were screw holes in the wall. The toilet seat lid came completely off in my hand. The hand soap and lotion dispensers were pulled off the wall and sat on the sink. The soap dispenser in the bathtub was was torn of the wall. The veneer on the refrigerator door was peeling. We told the front desk about the condition of the room, but the guy just mumbled, "I'm sorry." Very disappointing.
