Hampton Inn Suffolk

We had a great stay while we visited Suffolk. It is right off the interstate and the staff was amazing. The morning breakfast had plenty of options and was always hot. I loved the small scones! I definitely recommend staying here! The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The only issue was that our vent was not working and so it took a while to clear out the steam. Also, the elevators had a foul order quite a bit.

I’m a honors member did not have check-in and did not have digital key had to come and show my ID and credit card and swipe my credit card at the machine at the front desk very inconvenient. She said it was protocol. I have been traveling with Hilton honors for over 25 years and this is not protocol, that is the reason for the app , to skip the desk!!

Easy on and off from route 460 Shopping plaza across the street has fast food. Nice location to downtown Suffolk. Rooms are nice, clean and modern Nice to have a breakfast included. Fresh coffee available day and evenings.

It's nice, just stayed there for one night. Can't tell more.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Amber was so pleasant! I received two bottles of water at check-in which was right on time to quench my thirst after flying in and driving from the airport. There is a Dollar Tree next door to grab something you forgot to pack (like my hairbrush) and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and full-sized shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and shower gel pumps. The location was easy to find just off the exit following Google maps. The price was higher than normal but so were all the hotels due to a music festival in town at the time of my stay.
