Hampton Inn State College

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff is very polite and hospitable. The rooms are great with comfortable bed and sofa. Solid and fresh breakfast. Coffee and tea is always available and the location is ideal. The only thing that would be better is there should be more TV channels provided. I was accommodated with a quieter room as I requested which was very nice and understanding of the staff/manager.I recommend this property!

The staff was nice and the hotel in general seemed fine and average. However the room was disappointing. ||The walls are super thin. Whenever anyone walked by or even opened their door in the hallway it sounds like someone was entering our room. ||The place didnt seem clean. We found tic tacs on the floor under the desk. The sheets had ominous stains on them as well as a blood stain on the comforter. ||The bathroom towels had what looked like skid marks. Not just on one but multiple even the hand towels. Overall it really grossed me out and made me skeptical of the cleanliness of the place. I had to open the shower drain and it had water in the tub. Looked like dripping shower head but not sure. ||The only semi decent thing about this was that my boyfriend thought the breakfast was pretty

Positive: Courtesy. Everyone of the staff I interacted with was welcoming and friendly. Negative: Parking lights was so bright that even with curtains closed a lot of light made it in my room.

Rory is absolutely phenomenal with her customer service! She went above and beyond to insure a comfortable stay! If she hasn't already, she needs a raise; she's a great first impression for this hotel. Rooms are excellent with comfortable beds! Breakfast and refreshments with a great esthetic! If I could critique anything, it would be the entrance to the hotel, its off the highway so be careful getting in. This is a hotel that is worth staying in! Hope this helps!

Wonderful and good experience. No issues. The only issue was the coffee machines were not hot enough. However I'm sure that's easily corrected. The rooms were very nice
