The Stevens Motel

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Stevens Motel at 1275 North Atherton Street, State College, PA 16803, even before our stay began. From the very first call, we were impressed. The phone was picked up within two rings, and Michelle was amazing to work with. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different room options and letting us know the motel had just been renovated. She made sure the rooms could comfortably accommodate our entire family, which immediately put us at ease. The booking process was smooth and effortless, and based on how well we were treated, we booked right away. The Stevens Motel is a great budget hotel offering excellent and clean rooms along with great service. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean - especially for being so cheap. I was also able to park directly outside the room which is nice. No complaints. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice and budget friendly place in State College, PA.

It is impossible to get through to this motel to cancel a reservation. They require you to go to your confirmation to cancel--but I couldn't find the confirmation. So I tried the # for a live person and he hung up on me. I tried a number that was online and it wasn't working. I tried the Tourist Bureau and couldn't get through so I'm trying the last resort, a bad review and reporting them to the Better Business Byreau.

Nice and clean. The location is near to Giant and Asian Market. Walking distance. Definitely will come to this place in future if visiting penn state uni again.

First- the lady at the desk is indeed very kind, lovely and tries to be accommodating with what they have. ||But, Yikes!|I knew this was a reasonably priced motel….
