Hampton Inn Sevierville

This Hampton inn was conveniently located near the convention center so that was excellent for us. The service was good and breakfast was good. I didn't like the rooms, the 1st room we were in when we entered was extremely hot so we turned the air on and the conditioner started leaking water all over the floor. They did move us and that room was better, although the fixures in the bathroom were noticeably old and worn out. We also found someone else's sock on our room floor so we could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

This setup was perfect. Convention center is approx. 1.7 mi. away, and the staff was great from Amy the Manager to Cody & Dannie at the front desk to the wonderful ladies who made my breakfast so early each morning. I stayed (2) nights, and plan to go back. Don't be afraid to book with confidence. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable and I am pleased. |Semper Fi

Positive: Location. Breakfast Negative: Room was not cleaned after housekeeping requested. Dropped off clean towels, did not take used/dirty. Laid new linens on bed, did not change. Did not sweep. Small rooms for what was expected at the hotel. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed.

Great hotel! Room was pretty spacious. I loved how renovated everything was. Great access to outlets, different lights, and space to keep things. The shower pressure was good and everything was clean and perfect for our weekend stay! They offer free breakfast with a few waffle makers, hot items, and other breakfast foods. They also have a hot chocolate and coffee bar during evening hours, but the hot cocoa was cold when we wanted to drink some (don’t know how long it was out). This hotel is near many restaurants, stores, and attractions to do. We stayed there to go to Dollywood since it was affordable and was also only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent room , friendly service. Offered senior discount. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. |Knowing the rooms were clean gave me peace of mind. Interior doors were also a plus on safety. I did not get to the pool, but it was indoors. Also provided was a laundry room for guests. I got the idea that the desk clerk would have worked with us even if we had to switch rooms for our stay. The hotel was totally full, but the desk clerk was doing all she could to assist us.
