Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

Room was clean, quiet and dark. We slept well. The room design was excellent with the bathroom not being visible from bed and having a quiet sliding door so that my bed partner was not awakened when I needed the bathroom in the night. The spacious bathroom had plenty of counter space. Blackout curtains were effective. Breakfast was good! The coffee/tea set up throughout the day is a nice bonus.

This hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of driving. Called the hotel directly for the reservation as we were on our way. Hotel staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great a/c!!! The included breakfast was standard fare. Things were well stocked and hot. Easy to get our food and get back on the road.

Positive: Very clean, both in the rooms and the common areas. Negative: Rooms were a little noisy and the EV charger was out of order (no fault of the hotel, but it was part of why we chose this location)

Stayed overnight before a flight. The front desk was slammed with people coming in but they were courteous and welcoming. Took care of all of us well. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Hotel was in good shape. Arranged for a 4am shuttle for me and were very helpful. I would stay here again if the need arises.

As always the Hilton brand delivers with exceptional service all around. From the breakfast, to housekeeping, to the clerks. My only knock is the TV is on the old system and not the new one. You can still change the inputs on the TV. This is the best place to stay outside of Cleveland.
