Extended Stay America Suites- Cleveland - Airport - North Olmsted

Amazing stay. The people who work here are genuinely super nice and welcoming—you feel it right away. The rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of. There’s also that calm Ohio feel to the place: simple, clean, and comfortable in the best way. Everything about this hotel just feels right. Perfect place to stay, and I’d absolutely come back. If you want it shorter, more casual, or extra enthusiastic, I can tweak the vibe.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, thanks largely to one staff member in particular — Amanda. She was absolutely amazing. Throughout my stay, I saw her doing so many different jobs with a positive attitude: cleaning rooms, halls, the lobby, working the front desk, handling laundry, keeping things organized, and responding to guest requests quickly. She even stepped in to help her coworkers whenever they needed it. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and versatile, and it made my stay feel really well taken care of. Amanda is a true asset to this hotel, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit was very roomy and clean. The room accommodated 2 adults and 2 children in our party. There is a breakfast available each morning from 6am to 9am that the kids really enjoyed. Staff was courteous and friendly throughout our stay. I definitely would recommend the hotel.

I've stayed here for almost 2 years for a reason Currently under new management. I've seen some familiar individuals let go. But as an experienced client I can honestly say that this is one of, if not, the best location to stay at in the Cleveland area.|You have So many stores to choose from. Immediate access to 480 and even the Metro parks.|The Staff is, in my experience, exceptional. Particularly... Steve, the manager. Ryan the overnight front desk attendant (i work nights) and the best housekeeper ever Angie.|Great Location, Awesome folks.
