Aloft Cleveland Airport

I had an amazing 4 night stay here, even though they're under construction. Front desk staff was so friendly, and they even called to make sure my room was ok when I got in to it. Fitness center has full weights, two treadmills, and two ellipticals, plus a track machine. Bed was comfy, with great pillows, and the bathroom was spotless. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the ONLY place to go when staying overnight to fly out of Cleveland. You will be greeted by Twila and Evelina....Two of the friendliest people you will meet. They will do anything for you to make you feel at home here. My wife and I love chatting with them while having a cocktail and playing pool in the lobby. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The shuttle drivers are courteous and always on time. Burntwood Tavern is literally next door for lunch/dinner/drinks and you get 15% off of your bill for staying at the Aloft! We've stayed at ALL of the airport hotels, and would not think of staying anywhere else.

A very cheery and happy staff made me get this a better review than it usually would get. Part of the reason why I didn't post any pictures of the room is because if you seen one Aloft room you've seen them all and I've posted plenty of them.Please go back and look at them. There was wonderful hot water pressure in the room and good.Heat, which was a must on a cold and snowy day. But again, there was so little light in the room.If there is no natural light coming from outside, it's gonna be really dark.In that room. All in all, I would just bring me some more light, but I would stay here again.

This place is our second home, we love it there. Twila the bartender/front desk rep/everything because she does literally everything is amazing! My family and I have made great memories there. We are treated like family.

Not a hotel to go if your on a budget. No free food, and if u did get an item (it's over priced) this location was 20-25 mins from my location which sucked going & leaving. I drive too much I would love to see this hotel closer to me if their fees decrease. There's no microwave in the rooms. ( Not cool) the shower wall didn't seem as clean as I would expect. The pool could've been warmer. Morning shift lady had poor customer service towards my son when he asks the simple question. But The pool was open so even though it broke my pocket to stay here for one night. we enjoyed ourselves swimming both before bed and after we woke up since checkout is at noon. Gives u room to enjoy without rushing. Restaurants r near so thats cool.
