Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach

Superb location in the heart of the beach district in New Smyrna Beach. Newly and tastefully remodeled. The hotel charges for Parking ($28)and is very limited and trailers are not allowed. In my opinion, this is a money grab by the hotel as most Hamptons don't charge unless the hotel is in the city and the vehicle has to be valeted. Front desk Staff is very nice. Jordan was pleasant and checked us in efficiently while Dennis(?)took good care of us and modified our reservation. I always try to get a 3rd floor room on the north side because Flagler avenue can be noisy due to traffic and roosters which patrol the courtyard and the hotel perimeter. Both days we were there the coffee in the lobby during breakfast was just warm. And later in the morning around 9:30 the urns were empty. The

Very nice area. I liked the outside house feel of the hotel to hide the big business from the town. Janine or jeaneene not sure how to spell it, was very helpful after check in and during a busy time. Thanks to her a lot!!!!

A quick walk to the beach away. On Flagler Ave near all the NSB hotspots. Clean, comfortable rooms and very contemporary. Free breakfast was perfect. Our only gripe is the $25 overnight parking fee. Not fond of it. Can you simply add it to the room cost so we won't see it coming?

A great place to stay close to New Smyrna Beach Florida. Hotel is dog friendly and the staff is outstanding. Offers free breakfast. Nice variety of food options. Fantastic location close to restaurants, shopping & the beach. Paid parking is available and is easily accessed.
