Hampton Inn Morro Bay

Look no further for a place to stay in Morro Bay. Hampton Inn is the place! It has extremely clean rooms, excellent service, and great amenities. My husband and I have a severe allergy to mold and high sensitivity to smells; which can make it difficult to find a place to stay. The gentleman at the front desk, Garrett, was amazing! He showed us a few rooms so that we could see which one we felt best in. None of them had problems with mold, and all felt very clean and inviting! The sheets smelled slightly of laundry detergent, but not bad at all. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel. Roasted potatoes, maple sausage, cereal, oatmeal and waffle options! We really enjoyed the potatoes. They also have coffee and tea 24/7 as well. We’ll definitely be coming back here next tim

One of the cleanest Hilton hotels I've stayed in! The bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was very nice. I didn't interact with them much but when I did they were all very helpful and courteous. I saw a family enjoying the pool, which isn't that big but it looks clean and well maintained. The gym looked decent as well. I read that this is a newer hotel, so that probably helps with how clean it looks, but they are taking good care of it. I'm also sensitive to chemicals and whatever they are using to clean is great, as it didn't bother me like other Hampton Inns. So happy about that.

Stayed in room 206 which was an upgrade, and loved it. You can see the rock and hear the ocean! The room was spotless and comfortable. The service was friendly with everything you would want: namely free parking and a good breakfast. The location was perfect, right off the highway and close enough to walk to all the famous pier side attractions (yet far enough to be out of the rat race; one mile walk). All in all perfect; I used to stay in Cambria, but found my new place, plus it is cheaper than those boutique places on Moonstone Beach (although I love those places too).

The location was convenient to the embarcadero to drive to. The rooms were spacious and clean! The indoor pool is not heated but does the job! The breakfast was great! Clean, reasonably priced for beginning of January and the staff is super courteous!

This newly built, modern hotel is just a short walk from the beach and the large rock formation. The rooms are very nice and exceptionally clean. The breakfast offered was also very good. Although the gym and the facilities are not large, they are well-designed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend and plan to come back!
