Hampton Inn Houston I-10 East

Make sure you asked for a clean room, or better yet go to any other hotel. It was my first night staying and I was eating takeout on the desk when all of a sudden see a cockroach come from behind the desk towards my food. The nastiest thing I’ve ever experienced in any hotel truthfully. But yet it gets worse. I get my things packed cause I was expecting a full refund and or room change, when I go to close my bag and see whats seemed to be either a tick or worse, a bed bug. I go downstairs and only get offered stupid points and no refund. I literally can’t sleep because of how disgusted I am.(also some random peach under the sink proving to me they NEVER cleaned my room.

As a long standing Hilton Honors member, I have stayed at many Hampton Inn & Suites properties over the years and have consistently experienced the warm hospitality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, this particular location fell far below that standard. My organization reserved and blocked multiple rooms this weekend for an event being hosted at the hotel. With that level of commitment and partnership, I expected a seamless and welcoming experience for myself and my guests. Instead, I was informed that cookies are not served throughout the weekend because they are not baking them. I have never encountered a Hampton property that simply chooses not to provide a signature hospitality touch without explanation or accommodation. The Hotel was nice, modern and clean but had old, ripped office chairs in the rooms which ruined the overall beauty of the rooms. Staff were not very friendly.

Mr. Chaz was absolutely wonderful! He was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and easy, and his positive attitude really made my stay great. It’s clear he cares a lot about his guests, and it shows in every interaction. I’d happily stay here again Thank you for such a great experience Chaz

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It shouldn’t amaze us but it did. We didn’t come upon one staff member that was rude or that didn’t say hello. We stay in a lot of hotels for my husband’s work and this was THE friendliest. Next time we are in Houston we are staying here again. Beds were comfortable. Delicious breakfast w sausage, eggs, omelets, waffles, grits/oatmeal, and more! The pool was cold and clean!
