Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

The hotel as soon as i walked in could see was not very clean….once in our hotel room our sheets on our mattress had small rips. The towels in the bathroom didnt look folded nicely. We tried using the phones and apparently all the phones are down…. Maybe these are small things but for an overall 4 star reviewed place on google i dont know somewhat disappointed. My family and i usually prefer the hampton inns and this by far has been the least enjoyable.

I regret to say that my recent experience at The Hampton Inn - Colorado Springs-Airport, CO was very disappointing. The condition of the property was terrible. The room window wouldn't close completely, which caused issues with allergies, noise, and inconsistent room temperature. The entire property was in complete disrepair, including an unsafe elevator with several missing control panel screws and exposed wiring. Several non-working electrical outlets in the room. The carpets and walls throughout the place were horribly stained and worn, and even the mini-refrigerator wasn't functioning correctly. ||||The breakfast options were poor, and they frequently ran out of items. Coffee was almost nonexistent during our stay. The worker in charge of the breakfast was unprofessional and inattentiv

Positive: Fresh fruit in the lobby all day. Airport shuttle runs until 11pm. Good breakfast. Hot tub was large. Amenities were plentiful. Staff was very kind and accomodated a special request for medicab. Negative: Elevator was broken. We did not get our "King Study" room, instead we got two double beds (not even queen). Ceiling and carpeting were very shabby along hallway, hotel is showing it's age in general, same in the pool area. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to COS. Seemed to be newly renovated. Very comfortable 2-queen bed room on third floor. Great breakfast with health-conscious options. Lobby, hallways, elevator, room were clean and fresh (no odors). Helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again. Recommend for family, couple or solo stay in this area.

I had a great stay here at the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs Airport. The staff were well trained and made check in a breeze. Getting my complimentary water as a Diamond Member that was chilled was a nice touch. Spa water and coffee in the lobby were filled and ready to use. Although the hotel is a little older the room was clean and had some nice modern touches. The shuttle was efficient and the drivers were outstanding. I just wish breakfast could have offered some fruit options besides whole apple/oranges, but that's if I'm nitpicking. Great stay overall.
