Customer Reviews
We booked through Expedia and they overbooked the King bed rooms, but the hotel was great at finding us other accommodations for our stay. The hotel as a whole was clean and well kept. Our room was very nice and quiet during the stay. Their breakfast offerings were some of the best I've seen. Overall besides that hiccup which wasn't their fault we had a very good experience and will be using them again.
Positive: Clean, quiet l, secure and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Location close to thriving University of Maryland restaurant and social scene. Tasty breakfast. My compliments to the chef! I will return. Negative: No
I was having a decent stay until I noticed a spotted bug crawling in the bed. It was a carpet beetle. I then noticed 2 more crawling on the other bed in my room. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room that seemed better. It smells kind of funny.
By far the worst stay I have ever had. The first night had to change rooms 3 times, first time the toilet overflowed the whole bathroom floor into the hotel hallway outside of the room. Changed rooms 2 more because tv didnt work. Now it cause had been a matter of a loose cable cord but because it was 11pm and only one front desk person they decided to just move us and not see if the issue could be corrected. And the 4th room was fine until I had to use the restroom in the middle of the night, went to grab some toilet paper and the whole toilet paper holder which was built into the wall not just screwed TO THE WALL but BUILT INTO THE WALL just came out of the wall as I pulled on the toilet paper. Smh.... They kept turning out key cards off so we couldnt get back in the room. I was so over i
Hotel needs a lot of work. Hotel supposedly gave me a complimentary upgraded room. When I stepped off the elevator I was hit with the smell of pot! When i went to my room, the door looked like it had been kicked or punched and then tried to covered up by putting putty and paint on the dents. When I wanted into the room, the cabinets doors in the kitchenette were dented and falling off. Looked so rundown and not maintained. The room smelled old, dirty, and musty. After looking around I quickly checked out and found a nice hotel down the street. Front desk was friendly and understood my concerns.
