Cambria Hotel College Park

Ever heard of this hotel before staying here but discovered it’s surprisingly good. Not luxurious but it has everything you need. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Friendly staff. Great value. Pet friendly.

I would like to inform you that this is the third time we have visited College Park and the second time we have stayed at the Cambria. Obviously, we like the hotel facilities, and that is why we returned. Unfortunately this last time, we did not feel welcome at check-in. when we made the initial payment, our debit card did not work and the young woman who attendedp us at the front desk was not recipient. She did not show any kindness or understanding. Initially, I had difficulty understanding what was happening and felt very embarrassed because she did not offer me any support.

Great hotel near the college. I stay for business trips. Always clean. Love the electric shades, Bluetooth mirror, water fountain filtered water, and the softest hotel towels ever. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Nice restaurant in the lobby. The wedge salad was so good! Gym looks nice. I need to actually go in it next time! CVS and Lidl right next door. Short walk to plenty of places.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to a training I had from my employer. The customer service was disgusting to say the least. My employer booked the hotel in full before my arrival so I was not aware of the particulars of the hotel. Upon arrival I was never greeted by any of the staff , red flag #1. I went over to the counter and was asked for my name ID and a credit card. All my cards were linked to my Apple wallet and I realized I could not tap them for the incidental hold. I’ve been to several hotels and all are not the same. Some you don’t even need a card to check in especially if the room is booked and paid in full. The manager was very short with me and refused to even let me give cash to hold the deposit although I explained I did not book the room and I was out of town on b

My overall experience at Cambria Hotel, College Park was a solid 10 out of 10. Everything about this hotel was smooth and enjoyable — from the modern, clean rooms to the super easy parking, it felt well thought-out and guest-friendly. The design is stylish, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear the staff cares about quality. However, there was one downside that took away from an otherwise perfect stay: the TVs only offer basic cable, with no access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime. In today’s world, especially at a modern hotel like this, you expect smart TVs or at least the ability to log in to streaming platforms. It made winding down in the room a bit frustrating and took away from the comfort. If they updated the in-room entertainment options, this hotel
