Hampton Inn Chattanooga East Ridge

This is going to be one of my favorite stops. This Hampton Inn is in a very convenient area. After a long day driving I was able to take a nice walk past several desirable eateries. Brittani the clerk on duty checked me in, recognized my Hilton Reward status and was very friendly and helpful. She informed me she would be on duty until 11. I appreciated her willingness to be available if I needed anything. The room was perfect - one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Great place to stay!

Thought the hotel was very good...Seemed clean and well maintained.Ice machine on 4th floor was broke. Bathroom had black whatever in shower...Not sure..A dumpster was emptied at a restaurant on the other side of ther the street around 2 AM..A semi was running from around 5 AM on in the front parking lot unloading for the restaurants ..All employees were very friendy and did a great job..Breakfast was the usual but the lady doing it was the friendliest ever..would stay again

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Negative: All handicap rooms should be on the first floor. Imagine you weighed 200 lbs. or more and you were in a wheelchair. How would you get down from the 4th floor if there was a fire? This is a problem in most hotels.

Stayed here for 2 nights while driving to and from across states. Staff is very nice, but the rooms could use some work. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both of them were fairly clean but dirty if you really looked. Walls were pretty filthy, carpets had dried food stains and weren’t vacuumed well, chairs and pillows had stains, hair and mold in showers, etc. it wasn’t horrible, sheets and towels were clean, but wish it had been a bit cleaner for almost $200 a night. Breakfast is alright, not very many options but did the job. All in all just wish the rooms had been cleaner!

Super friendly hotel and very clean. EVERYONE was AWESOME, day shift night shift, GM! This place rocks! I planned a trip down and called the hotel because we were coming in a school bus and I needed to confirm room for parking. Everyone was great. The trip was cancelled due to weather and the hotel was super easy to work with to cancel the reservation. The trip was rescheduled and so I called the hotel again to let them know a bus was coming. They were so helpful and easy to work with! I got there and the service got even better. CLEAN FRIENDLY and WONDERFUL HOTEL!
