Hampton Inn Charleston-North

Hotel was fine enough. Was very disappointed that this far out of downtown Charleston they still make you pay $14 a night for parking…even if you’re a guest here. Lady at front desk was quite rude when I asked her questions about why that’s even necessary if I’m already a paying guest here and there’s plenty of parking. Such a high fee for around here that isn’t disclosed on the website… save your $14 a night and go somewhere else that isn’t leeching for more money.

Amazing stay. Very clean room with a huge bathroom. Loved the shower! The breakfast was wonderful! Will definitely be back!

Nice stay, clean rooms, great staff. Breakfast was good. Kendra was wonderful and provided excellent service! Neighbors were a bit noisy in the hallway in the middle of the night but staff addressed it and we were so grateful. We would definitely stay again.

Candace was an absolute delight during the check in process. She was very welcoming and helpful. We’ve been to this location multiple times in the last year because of the amazing staff. The room was clean and ready on time. Breakfast was well maintained by Kendra. She kept the breakfast area clean and made time to check on tables to make sure they had what they needed. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff at this hotel really made it a pleasure to stay here. At check-in, Krucher was so helpful, friendly and polite. There was a complicated issue with my booking and even the helpdesk couldn't do anything. Krucher went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Thank you! Try to get a room on the opposite side to the highway if possible, as it could get quite noisy. But the location is good. Near a lot of places to eat and shop and with easy access to downtown Charleston.
