Customer Reviews
Most of the staff was very friendly and everyone greets you. The Hispanic lady at check in provided excellent customer service and so did the young lady attending to breakfast. Building: you can hear a lot of noise from highway. Breakfast options are mediocre. Healthier options would be better.
Positive: Super clean. AC worked amazing — no motion sensor or need to “hack” it to get below 68. Breakfast area was clean and food was plentiful. Room so clean and nice. Beds ultra comfy. Negative: The bathrooms are a tad small
The lady who works the graveyard shift gave me a look of annoyance when I walked in, looking exhausted from the drive. She was not at all polite and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by being there at the hotel. She inquired about whether or not I had made any reservations, to which I replied that I hadn't. However, the real reason behind this is that I'm actually a member of the Hilton Honors program, and I'm just feeling quite exhausted after driving or moving here to Florida. She explained that her system was currently down, which meant she wasn't able to make any room rentals (and that was actually correct). She offered me the option of waiting it out, or alternatively, she suggested I could check out the Embassy by Hilton hotel just up the street. This poor review isn't becaus
First, the staff were friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool was nice. However, the blue bar of soap straight of the 70's that was in the shower when we arrived (and after the room was cleaned) with short hairs on it was not so great. The bathroom itself was pretty small, which makes the decision to put the coffee maker in the bathroom, on the counter top in the vicinity of the toilet quite unusual. The headboard was stained. The air conditioning worked, but only cooled the walk area in front of the bed. So the sleeping area was warm, but the walk to the bathroom was freezing. Not a comfortable stay.
Many problems with this hotel. Burnt out light bulbs in room and staff won't help. Loud AC unit had loud rattle. Tried to get help when we checked int 6PM and was told no more rooms, no staff to replace burnt out bulbs. Old small room. LOUD road noise came through window and walls. Rude staff in morning at front desk, nasty attitude.
