Hallmark Inn & Suites Newly Renovated Rooms San Antonio Northeast

I stayed her for 20 days. Rooms are newly remodeled. Clean,quiet right off i35. There's a Mexican restaurant right across the street that is delicious. The owner Sonia is so nice and attentive to your needs. I recommend staying here the price is also great. I'll definitely always stay here when in town.

At first I felt comfortable then things took a turn for the worst. The manager has no customer service skills she yells at everyone all day cursing. She is so cold and mean I have seen her be so mean to a guest the person cried. Everyone goes through things in life and she wears it all over her she is miserable. She has a boyfriend who is scared of her and she is constantly yelling at him and so unprofessional I do not know where they picked this lady from but she runs guest out of that motel. She is miserable and just anyone trying to stay there beware of her.

Hallmark inn and suites has very nice and comfortable rooms. The beds are comfortable. The rooms look modern. The rooms look like holiday inn hotels. They provide plenty of towels for customers. There is a Mexican restaurant right next to Hallmark inn and suites. You could leave your room and be at the Mexican restaurant within 5minutes or less.

This newly remodeled facility is probably one of the cleanest hotels. I've been in for the price convenience and location unstoppable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It makes you want to stay here, Not need to. I recommend visiting this hotel On any occasion, enjoy your stay.I did.

My daughter booked a room and I went along so she wouldn't travel alone. Upon entering the parking lot it does seem to be a little sketchy but that was due to half of the building still being remodeled. Sonya was very kind and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The rooms were nice, clean and it was quiet for a Friday night. I was impressed with our stay.
