False Advertisement for Free Breakfast. Attendant said there are no breakfast served. Other than that, the service was fair. Internet was offered free. Everything else is okay. Its okay as a fair stay. No noise and neat room. Quiet although.

I checked out today after a terrible experience at this motel. Last night, there was a fight involving outsiders and possibly guests, right outside the property, and my car was damaged during the chaos. The motel staff showed no concern and remained inside the office the entire time. There is clearly no security or safety measures in place for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid staying in this area of West Memphis—it's unsafe and not suitable for families. I’ve attached photos of the damage as proof. So many fighting everyday here and authority just don't care about this.

The room was really nice and clean. The freshness met me at the door. Even though I forgot to put up the DND sign, they still knocked and asked if I would like housekeeping to come in. It was a pleasant experience.

I gave the rooms a three because they were large. Overall this place needs a good power washing of the walls and tub. A dehumidifier would help as well. The bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it. The sheets were wet to the touch and I called the front desk and she asked ME how they got like that as if I wet the sheets to sleep on them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I slept in my car the last night I wasn't sleeping on wet bedding. The location is good. The motel is across from the casino and many places to eat nearby. The reply by management is not sincere. I stayed for two days and was charged $206 for urine smell in the bathroom. If I cancelled as you said management can I get a refund for the charge on my card?
