BEST BEACH LOCATION! Rented studio #701 ! Newly remodeled Decorated so beachy! Everything we needed! We went for Valentines weekend and they left us a gift of lotions and mists. Beach chairs towels Had it all! Plus a heated pool ! Right across the street from the beach and no traffic! Walking distance to many restaurants bars convenient stores ice cream donut shop and waffle house for breakfast! Even left us a Valentines gift

We stayed at an Airbnb in Gulf Winds last September, right before the hurricane. We couldn't say enough good about the place. It is right across the street from the beach, which was great! The pool was nice. They had their own outdoor shower and the views were great. Now though, there is construction going on in a lot of the units & they seemed to be really short staffed. Our neighbors made a big mess with sand in the hall to our unit & it never was properly cleaned up. The pillows on the bed were great & we slept really well, buy it looks like it's going to be awhile before Gulf Winds returns to its former greatness.

When they tell you there is a ocean view two out of four Billings are not most rooms. Cannot see an ocean view. Stairs only, walls are very thin. You can hear people in different units. Either above you or underneath you. For most units, you have to walk to The pool a little ways. About two hundred or so yards walk to the ocean beach across the parking lot.

Condo 1405 studio. Just a heads up there is a business that opened up the end of April that is open until 3am right next to this unit. So you hear music, yelling, and people outside the windows until well after 3am. So it may be better suited for a party type of person or one that can sleep thru noise. It’s super close to the beach and the pool is small but very nice. The laundry room is immaculate. Trs is very responsive with any issues you encounter. The people were very friendly as were all grounds keepers and construction workers. (Complexes are still under renovations from storm) the unit itself has the basics, tub is not deep if you are a bath person, mattress is very soft. I would definitely choose another unit next time, but would go back

Cant beat the location, right across from Upham beach and walking distance to everything you need. Our unit was filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc but I understand that each unit is different. Some units are updated, some are not. Ours was nicely renovated and the studio provided ample space. Balcony is too small to truly enjoy with 2 people and the pool is unexciting with little shade. We would stay here again simply due to the price and amazing location.
