I loved the location. 2 remotes for TV. No instructions for TV. Staff are very friendly. Very loud. Not a great stay for us. Someone was arguing Saturday morning around 3. Woke us up. Couldn't call desk our room phone didn't work.

Very, very rude housekeeping. Wouldn’t even let me sit on the stairs. Came into my room after I specifically said I was okay and didn’t need service (it was my first day there). Housekeeping does NOT do their job properly. Rooms are dirty. Sheets were dirty. Floor and bathroom were disgusting. Refrigerator was broken. Don’t stay here please.

DANGEROUS PLACE TO STAY! DO NOT GET A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL! The rooms are terrible. Unclean, uncomfortable beds-warped mattresses. Broken loud bathroom fan. A very nasty stickey TV remote. Loud parking lot. Loud cars and loud people, music. Atmosphere was unsafe. Constant loud foot traffic on the floor above. Could not rest at all. I checked out and canceled my reservation not long after check in. I checked into another hotel that night through Priceline. I stayed at the Comfort Inn just up the street. It was a relief to say the least. They care about the customer. The "Guest House" was notified by "Booking" to refund me due to these issues. They ignored Booking and ignored my emails as well. I still have not been refunded. They have not tried to contact me at all. "The Guest Hous

Well, this place looks nice. But the German cockroach that ran across the floor at 5 p.m. with all the lights on tells me everything I need to know. Wish we would have checked the reviews and seen the bedbug infestation others reported. So for the night I'm sleeping in my work truck. Don't waste your money unless you're fine with bringing bedbugs and roaches home with you. I just walked back in and flipped the sheet, wouldn't you know it.... we have bedbugs too.

housekeeping lady informed me today when they (customers) are stay overs they come every other day... NO breakfast is being served at this location even though other places and websites have it noted that they serve breakfast...housekeeping staff is sweet and genuine overall will stay again...
