GreenTree Inn & Suites Mesa / Phoenix

Nice place. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little bit on the small side, but are well kept. The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly good. They serve fresh eggs! None of that powdered egg mix nonsense. I wasn't thrilled how all the soaps were nailed down to the counter tops. I also had a broken hair dryer in my room, but overall it was a nice place to stay. I also got to pet a cat in the parking lot.

This hotel is not up to normal Holiday Inn Express standards.. The only ice machines and garbage cans were on the first floor. The breakfast did not have bananas or muffins - poor selections. The bathroom had only one towel rack with no hooks for hanging towels or clothes. The TV guide was wrong for the majority of channels. We were awakened by screaming young adults at 1:30 am. The staff was not at the front desk at certain times. The bed was comfortable as usual but the experience was below standards. Not recommended.

The hotel is a smaller hotel, and the area is very quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not like that the pool and hot tub area could be accessed by anyone. This place seems more suited for adults then families but overall I am happy and plan on staying there again. I stay in Phoenix a couple of nights per week and this place is affordable and a decent place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful!! We were exhausted from traveling and checking in was a breeze. Our guest agent was so sweet, and he helped my family and I with everything we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and amazing. The beds were SO comfortable and it was quite. Breakfast was great as well with many choice options. I wish we could have stayed longer, so if we ever find ourselves traveling this way again we know where we are staying.

We were on a 11 day cross-country trip and stayed at many different IHG hotels. This hotel was by far the best! There was always someone at the front desk and they greeted us every time we came in. The whole place was immaculately clean. Staff even cleaned the outside of the outdoor trash can every morning. We highly recommend this gem if you are in the area! Note: There is not a laundry room at the hotel.
