GreenTree Inn Sedona

This hotel is exactly what others are saying- very clean, great service, but its a 2 star hotel. They had a warm pool and fire pit going. Breakfast was grab and go style. Beds were memory foam and comfortable. They had thoughtful things in the room which we appreciated- a nightlight in the bathroom under the lightswitch, hooks to hang up things, a magnetic do not disturb door sign, curtains that tucked in the sides so you get a completely dark room, and then all the amenities you need. Location is private and quiet- away from the main area but close enough to drive.

Like most motels: next to the busy road. But you dont really hear the cars. Room was nice, clean and quite spacious. Nice bed, and also the shower was fine! Only thing that needs a bit of work: the breakfast wasn't all that. But fine if you just want a simple breakfast. Parking is free, and theres plenty.

Positive: Rooms very updated, clean, staff was nice, pool heated, pool and hot tub open year round. Negative: Continental breakfast was mediocre. 2 cereals, 3or 4 types of bagels, (I think toast), broken juice machine, broken yogurt machine, pre-wrapped little muffins. No protein. No elevator to 2nd floor, but staff offered to carry bag up the stairs.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location! It's south of downtown, but has less traffic and is close to a lot of popular trails. The staff was very helpful and had great recommendations for hikes in the area. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I am taking off one star for a couple reasons - the main one is that the AC unit in our room was extremely noisy, to the point where we had to sleep with earplugs. We let the staff know it might be broken but it was an annoyance for sure. We also had issues a few times where the room keys got deactivated and we had to go back to the front desk. Also, the breakfast is pretty limited, so if you want something hearty you'll need to dine out. Overall though it was a good stay.

Affordable hotel perfect for 1 day stay! We stayed Sat - Sun family of five. Staff were amazing, rooms were spacious. Breakfast was okay, we tried but ate what we had and bagel mainly instant oatmeal cereals. Nice walking distance to places and beautiful views. The rooms were clean, and had a table outside. The pool had good views too. Only about 10 mins from downtown. Would recommend for short stays.
