Clean; quiet and somewhat friendly... a lot of Canadians here in this resort, so if you're from north of the border you should feel close to home here.

Awesome park. I inherited a lot from my parents. We have since purchased another lot. There are many activities to keep one busy. I enjoy visiting with the many “snowbirds” that call Greefield their Winter home.

This is an excellent own your land "RV" or Park Model resort. Grounds are very well kept. Gated community. Excellent dance floor in the main ballroom. Pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts etc. Many clubs and groups. Monthly HOA fee is reasonable. Excellent place to spend the winter. There may be units to rent. Contact unit owner directly. The Realty office there has a list of properties for sale. They MAY have a list of rentals available. Book well in advance! They may be booking for Winter 24-25 now. Posted 18 Feb 2024

We live in Greenfield village. It's a wonderful homie atmosphere with really friendly people and lots of activities. This is one of very few RV resorts where you own your own lot that your house sits on. So that means you have no monthly lease payment like it so many parks. Love it here.
