Greeneville Inn And Suites

I originally booked four nights. The afternoon manager Lady was friendly and of great help. However, the cleaning lady and maintenance personnel are in some serious need of training. Easy hallways needed cleaning and painting. The public water fountain was dirty. Room 308 was nasty and needed cleaning and minor repairs and painted. As a person who helped maintain over 5,000 units/ military housing on joint base Lewis/ mcChord, I know what proper maintenance and cleaning should be. Thumbs up only to the manager Lady that refunded me my money. She was great.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Then when they gave us our room it has not been cleaned.

What a terrible experience. I arrived to this hotel on October 1 with my sister. Lori at the Front Desk promised us a refurbished room. We drove around to the backside and parked closer to our room only to find that all of the exterior doors were propped open, leaving long expanses of interior hallway open to the general public and wildlife. When we arrive to our room, it was filthy. We promptly returned to the front desk and requested a refund because we did not feel safe to stay there the night. Lori at the front desk said she would get a refund to us within 7 to 10 days for the money held by our credit card company of $152.12 and she handed me back the form I had signed when I arrived 10 minutes prior. After not receiving a refund in 10 days, I called my credit card company and asked

I was stuck in Greeneville due to the roads being too iced over. It was a nice stay and the pricing was good. The staff there are very kind and helpful. Room are clean and have the basic needs plus comfort. I really liked the indoor garden they had going on by the lobby. Id recommend some snake plants cause they make a great ground cover and can survive just about anything 😊 💜 Would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay in town again.

The good, the bad and the ugly. We were on a motorcycle trip, and didn't get there until mid evening. We had no reservation and the weather had turned, so if we could we were staying. The young man at the desk (tall skinny fella) was super. Extremely nice and very attentive to our needs !!! He even told me to leave my bike parked under the awning at the entrance. The lobby area looked super nice, so we were thinking we scored, but that's where the wheels kinda fell off. As we made our way to the room, outside in like a common area, we saw the pool... and YIKES, it looked like a sewege lagoon. Seriously not good, and there was stuff (stuff I'd have thrown in the dumpster) just laying all over out there ??? We begin to worry... Finally making it to the room, which was recently remodele
