Baileyton KOA Holiday

- [ ] We’ve stayed at Baileyton KOA twice now and have added it to our favorites. Very easy access from I81 and plenty of signage. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Gravel roads were well-maintained, sites were long and wide enough for our 40’ motorhome towing a pickup with room to spare. No issues with any of the hookups and the site was relatively level. Laundry had 3 washers and 3 dryers and was very clean. I didn’t check out the restrooms. The office/store had a selection of camping supplies, food and souvenirs. We paid $72/nt.

This is one of the best KOA’s I’ve been to. As a full timer for over three years, it great to stay at a campground that is so well kept. The staff here is excellent. The sites are easy pull thru and spacious with grass in between. Hook ups are excellent. Signage from I-81 was great (follow the KOA signs not your GPS). Nice office/store with great selection of supplies and they even serve pizza, wings and ice cream. I called the office because I was having an electrical issue with my 5th wheel. I was just looking for a nearby mobile tech recommendation. Camp Host sent her husband and another employee who were both former RV techs. They diagnosed the issue and helped my fix it on the spot, saving me a lot of money. This was well above and beyond. I highly recommend this KOA. It ha

Great stay and hosts welcoming. Although it was just an overnight stopover trip, the convenience of the campground, ease and flat level of the site, made this an easy spot for us. They were having Halloween festivities so that was fun too. Lots of fields and grassy spaces (with children having fun!) made our dog walks easy. All-in-all highly recommend this campground!

This campground is excellent. It is very well maintained, all the amenities, sparkling bathrooms (my husband's words!) and beautiful sunsets. All sites are level and have gravel. The pull throughs are close to your neighbors but come with a picnic table and fire pit. We were there for a quick overnight on our travels home from Nashville and will definitely stay again! The hosts were very helpful.

We had an excellent stay! We were driving through to Florida and it started to snow so we were making really slow time and we stopped here on a whim and it was EXCELLENT! So cutely decorated for Thanksgiving and very clean. Nice pull through sites. Looks like they have tons of activities for kids in the warmer season. Great place!
