White Sands RV Resort

Nice, quiet park. Large sites with decent grass area for each spot. Showers, washers, and dryers available. Huge, fenced-in dog park. Nice hiking/walking trails. Owners are very friendly and accommodating, and respond quickly to requests.

We have been here 4 months doing clean up after Helene. They have full hook ups with lots of room, the grounds are always kept, amazingly huge fenced dog park, nice public bathrooms, washers and driers with a mini club house. They are close to tons of hiking trails and waterfalls, white water rafting, 1-2 hrs to casinos (depending on which one you choose), 1.5 hrs drive to the smoky mountains national park and so much more! It is very quiet and safe and the owners are wonderful people! Definitely a great rv park to stay and check out the area ❤️❤️❤️

All I have to say is This Place Is Wonderful!! Great level gravel pull thru sites, immaculate bath and laundry facilities, a dog park so big you’ll wonder where your dog went!! We called for last minute reservations and Chad was so helpful in finding us a great site. The spacing between sites is very generous and the beauty of the countryside can’t be beat. Would definitely love to come back to White Sands RV Resort again.

This campground has beautiful surroundings and views. It is so peaceful and quiet. It has 11 big rig friendly FHU sites all with views of the pond. This is a very nicely done campground. Very clean and maintained and the clubhouse is beautiful. There are also hiking trails and a 3 acre dog park! Bill the owner came to greet us personally. Super friendly and made us feel right at home. This is adult only, 18 and up campground. We will most definitely be back!

This little slice of heaven is breathtaking. I am a native of East TN but remain in awe of the beauty of this area each time I stay in the Air B&B. Steve & Sharolette are extremely hospitable and their kindness is a genuine reflection of their love for the area and the campground. If you need a break from the chaos of life and need some time to get “lost in the woods,” I encourage you to visit this campground and the trails and many other amenities it offers. You will not leave disappointed.
