Positive: Nobody else stayed there Negative: rude staff

Was very weary about my stay based off reviews and the reviews of the partner hotels but I cannot complain about a thing! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable! Bathroom and towels also clean. Check in was easy and price was great. Maybe room is “outdated” but otherwise everything was fine.

You know the saying, "you get what you pay for" and it holds true in this situation. It is off season, so I wasn't looking to spend much on a room to visit the casino in Mack City. The location is great if you are heading to the casino or downtown. The rooms are nothing to be desired, but appeared clean. The microwave was a dial microwave and the tv was smaller than my work monitor, but it was fine for what we needed it for. I actually slept really well in the room, even with the musty smell. I checked both beds for bed bugs and didnt see anything at all. The carpet needs torn out and vinyl or tile laid, but doubt that will happen. Do not book any properties owned by these people which is many. We rented a room with Great Lakes inn. Upon arrival we were told to go to hotel next door called the Thunderbird inn. So we go over there where they place us in a room completely full of mold on every single wall and the ceiling. We tell front desk where they say "of you dont like the mold on the wall then we can show you a different room." We allow them to show us a different room. Upon inspection it looks ok. We turn down the sheets and there are bodily fluids all over it. We tell them we want a refund and provide photos we are told there is no refunds. Ha!! What a joke!! Terrible. Booked for 2 nights. Walked into the room and smelled musty. Food on the walls. Sheets were dirty. Garbage left in the room. Went to the lobby after an hour and they said they’d refund us for the 2nd night. The lady said she would process it next day. A week has gone by and no refund. Called them and she says she remembers and laughed and won’t refund. Don’t recommend.
