Absolutely outstanding stay at Grand view hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our baggage was delivered to the room super fast, which made check-in smooth and stress-free.Housekeeping deserves huge praise for their attention to detail. Various retailer are available nearby by Like stop& shop , wine shop food truck, dunkin,subway , Wendy's, McDonald's etc. Specially thanks to staff. The guy working on front desk he is so nice cool and friendly help me a lot regarding bus route and train routes.

I came here by myself to the Grandview hotel I needed a getaway. I just wanted to focus on work and that’s it and have a little bit of fun. I like the fact that is close to Chinatown where you can find a lot of good food places to visit to have fun, I like the fact that I can control my own heater and AC that’s a plus and the concierge was really nice. They were there 24 hours whenever we need it. I always complain that some places they are not very accommodating id i ask for extra condiments but when I asked for extra pillows, they were Polite and also needed soap and toothbrush and toothpaste They were available to help me. This was a quick trip and I really enjoyed it. I didn’t eat much at all. I do recommend this hotel.

Positive: The room was nice at the price point. Negative: The staff made the mistake of rebooking my room when I specifically called ahead to inform about my late check-in time. Had to wait for 1.5 hours and argue with me at 5 am to get my room!

The hotel is worth your money! The staff is nice and very accomodating. They have a coffee machine, microwave, cereal and tea downstairs. They serve croissants and muffins for breakfast. The rooms are cleaner than i expected with clean sheets. Its not a 5 star hotel type clean where everything is immaculate but enough to feel like youre staying at a hotel and not an inn or motel. The rooms dont smell like cigarettes which i was very happy about. And theres free parking!! I ran into an issue where i made a mistake in not booking and extra day for whtever reason. Manik took the time to speak to the managers to make sure i was taken care of. Thank you again so much!!!
