Grand View Motel

very cute and cozy, queen sized bed , full kitchen , with everything you need to cook ,serve and eat, full size refrigerator and stove, pull out couch , table , stand up shower, owners were the nicest eva ! very clean and professional. we stepped out of our room and the beach was right there ! very quiet , far enough away from loud drinking bars .will definitely be back

Terrible as the room was in need of a huge update. High price to pay for a place in such bad outdated condition. There was a terrible odor especially in the tiny bathroom. Had to clean the microwave before use as it was crusted with food and a poor excuse for a kitchen.

Our room was a great spot for a couple, who may or may not want to stay out til 1am. A full functioning kitchen, stocked with all cooking and eating necessities. (plates, pans, utensils, silverware) A 3/4 fridge, stove, microwave. Def will stay again.

It’s crazy that this place has some of the reviews that it has. I really don’t understand. My girlfriend and I booked this place for her birthday so we could have a nice weekend at the beach. It seemed expensive but the rooms that are advertised on the website looked nice enough so whatever. It was peak season on an ocean front property so I get it I guess. However, the room we were put it was not even advertised online in the pictures so we thought we would get a nice room like was advertised. This was one of the smallest most outdated rooms I’ve ever seen. The bathroom is microscopic, the sheets weren’t clean and the whole room just felt grimy. The location was perfect for my play day. The owner’s schedule and mine didn’t pan out for any face to face time, but she made sure I knew everything I needed to know via text and added plenty of area recommendations as well. I also learned that, for these non-chain places that I generally prefer, it is significantly better for them if we (after finding them here) make our arrangements with them directly. ||I was glad that there were 2 beds. The one I picked first wasn’t great for my back so I switched and the other one was good. ||I was on the top floor of the building and enjoyed the view. Moonrise was perfect, sunrise was overcast. Would definitely stay here again.
