Grand Hyatt Washington

Grand Hyatt was excellent. Used the lounge for drinks and snacks in the evening and then again for breakfast the next day. Morning attendant was excellent , greeting guests and taking away dirty plates and keeping the tables clean. Very attentive and in a busy lounge it makes a difference.||The room was very nice and close to the lounge. I am a Globalist and used points for an award stay and they automatically gave me free valet parking and no resort fee. Pleased that I did not have to ask about it. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

room is small with small windows.  no insulation,  you can hear people talking all the time next room.  cannot sleep .  horrible service. front desk rude and impatient.  terrible experience.  never stay there again!!!!!!!!

Aster was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and noticed right away that I was there alone. Even though the bar was full, she still made sure to check in and help me. I’m not sure how she even spotted me with how busy it was, but she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. When I mentioned that it was my first time going out like this, she was especially kind and reassuring, which meant a lot to me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and attentiveness. I’ll definitely be back when I’m here for the business conference next month. I can’t recommend her enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, professional, and well-managed. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the overall service throughout the property was outstanding. I especially want to highlight the valet service — and Robert in particular. Robert truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. His warm attitude and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression on us.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee spots, and even my office meetings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction I had throughout my stay was top-notch. The hotel has a modern, upscale feel while still being warm and inviting. What I loved most was the convenience — easy access to everything I needed, great amenities, and a quiet, relaxing space to unwind after a long day. Overall, an amazing experience.
