Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

Great hotel! At the end of the river walk but very close to all the restaurants and the Alamo.

I have been staying at the Grand Hyatt during the TMEA convention since 2009–nearly every year since the hotel opened. The location is excellent for events at the Convention Center. We used the valet parking this weekend since the self-parking was completely full. Jarrod and Patrick were prompt and friendly each time we requested the car and when we returned it. Our room was a little warmer than we wanted it. Building engineers came and adjusted our thermostats so that we could make the room a little cooler. Having access to the Club Level made breakfast easy and delicious each morning with snacks and hors d’oeuvres available from 6 AM until 8 PM each day. We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt River Walk San Antonio. Service was great from even before we arrived to the checking in at the front desk to taking our car from the garage when we left. Stacy, who answered me questions before our arrival to the young lady who checked us in at the front desk (my bad, I forgot her name but it started with an "A") to the housekeeping and valet staff. They all made us feel welcome and special. I also loved the quieter vibe here and the amenities in the room. we used GOH and everything was great. We were upgraded to an executive suite, had free breakfast, late check out, free self parking and there was no destination fee. Highly recommend to travelers who look for place to stay in downtown San Antonio.

We had a really great stay at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio and overall enjoyed it a lot. The location is excellent and probably one of the biggest highlights. It is right on the River Walk, making it very easy to step out and access multiple food options, restaurants, and walkable attractions without needing a car.||||The absolute best part of our stay was the club lounge. The snacks and desserts were consistently good, and the special dinner arrangement on December 31 and the breakfast on January 1 were amazing. It truly felt well planned and thoughtful. The experience overall was great. We used valet parking and they were amazing. They parked our car right up front and were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to Patrick and Sonte. Patrick was amazing. He was running to help us everytime we were leaving or coming in. Sonte was also wonderful. She always found us the best parking spot so security could keep an eye on the car.
