Grand Hyatt Nashville

I typically only rate five-star experiences, and this one was worthy of that. The room was always clean and fully stocked, and the food and bar were excellent the times we dined in. The staff was friendly and helpful, happy to accommodate our requests, bringing us local treats on occasion, and offering advice on food, bars, local sights, music venues and museums. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient and central to many of our outings, and it's atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay, here.

My wife and I both live in Nashville. This Thanksgiving, we had our own quick getaway before the holidays began. Although I had accumulated 2 free night certificates for category 1-4, we wanted to stay at this nicer property... and we're glad we did! And it was so positive, I booked another stay for my wife to visit with her sister and their mom. (For years, their mom had talked about wanting a special Nashville Broadway experience, and this Christmas that is what they gave her. Choosing the Grand Hyatt Braodway suite was an easy decision after our fantastic Thanksgiving staycation. Even as locals, we were blown away by the property and the level of service! Positive: Property was clean & beautiful. Club staff was outstanding. Hotel employees personalities, helpfulness, and anticipation and attentiveness made the stay a real resort feel and hit the far-off vacation vibe perfectly while in the middle of a city. Negative: The pool bar staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed and it wasn’t a holiday weekend.

Staying here now! Great location within walking distance to Honky Tonk Hwy, beautiful lobby & rooms, friendly staff, love the roof top bar! A couple of minor issues though - the hot water sounds like a freight train when we use it, we found the beds to be very hard, and we tried to call the front desk a few times but nobody picked up so we will have to walk down to the lobby for our needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We went for a weekend. We showed up before check In and they checked us into the hotel quickly. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine since it was my birthday. The rooms were clean. You are by the train but we didn’t hear it at all but we also were on a top floor. The location was great. Only a 6 minute walk to all the bars. Would definitely revisit.
