Love the atmosphere and staff, the pool is a little cool at 70 degrees but it's very clean, i enjoyed the swim but couldn't stay in long. There are hidden guest fees that aren't shown in initial price, the city taxes are crazy expensive too, parking is $65 before a tip. The gym is small. I didn't eat there as it's too expensive, but again, i do enjoy the vibe and rooms, especially if they have a view.

We couldn’t have had a better experience at Hotel Ziggy for our stay! The location and everything about the hotel was perfect! Allan & Loren at the check in desk & bar went above and beyond! We couldn’t be more grateful to end our 3 week holiday in America at Ziggy Hotel! 🐨❤️

I will give this hotel two stars for its location and charm but thank goodness I only stayed there one night. It started off nice with no charge for a room change, but after that it was not so good. The front desk person had a condescending tone to her voice and said things like "I'll have you come over here" pointing to the other side of the desk where I was standing, and then "I'll need your ID to start"...not once a simple please. The room was clean, but noisy from people coming home after 2:00 am and door slamming close. But my biggest complaint is the extra charges and taxes. My room charge was $147 for the night but the total charge was $214 ($74 or 50% extra charges) one of which was a $35 "urban amenities fee" plus $5 of taxes on top of it.When I called to inquire about the cost

Unremarkable hotel. Our first time here. Decided to try it out and see what we thought. Stayed almost a week. Enough issues (poor internet, noise, staff attentiveness--or lack thereof) and price was same as nearby competitors that don't have the same issues, that we won't be coming back.
