Golden Inn of Holbrook

Room were clean and everything was in good shape. They have all the amenities that you would look forward to in a general hotel. The breakfast that they gave as part of the room rental was way better than was expected for a hotel of that quality. In fact, it turned out that it was way better than what the competing hotels were offering. The staff made checking in and out super simple and were very attentive to all of our questions and needs. If visiting Holbrook or any of the surrounding areas or attractions this is definitely the place to make your stay comfortable at a reasonable cost.

Clean and comfy. Close to restaurants and the interstate. I love the big refrigerator and 4 cup coffee pot. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the people next to us practically word for word of their conversations but after dark it was quiet. We would stay there again

Amanda at check-in was great! I requested a quiet room and she gave us the best room with a GREAT view! The WIFI worked really well. We had no complaints. They could use new pillows, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

This is kind of a "get what you paid for" situation. I probably would rate it a two, if not for the staff. The woman at checkout was so friendly and helpful! I accidentally booked on Hotels.com for 2018 (I'm literally still so baffled as to how I did that, but I digress) the woman as the front desk was able to book my dog and I a room anyway. Which was great because I'd been driving for 11 plus hours and would have slept in a dumpster, with fast food trash stuffed in a fast food bag as a pillow! |The place is kind of old, I think, so there were plenty of stains on the floor, curtains, chairs, etc. But, it seemed fairly clean. It was quiet. All in all, probably wouldn't stay there again unless I had to, BUT, I wouldn't not stay there again, especially if the staff is always as nice. And hey

If you have more options around this hotel so try them before this one. The AC didn’t work properly, the tv wasn’t working properly and the pillows, those pillows are the worst thing ever. They offered breakfast, but good luck because we were there at 8am to have coffee and the main office was closed, so not breakfast. The WiFi connection is really weak. The good thing about this hotel was the king size bed.
