La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook Petrified Forest

The nicest hotel in Holbrook, by far. Very new, so no issues with wear and cosmetics. The breakfast has eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, make-your-own waffles, etc. But only regular and decaf coffee (not light roast and dark roast choices). The rooms are very nice; get one with a view of the back, because it is a nice high desert with no buildings or parking back there. There is a very small store with limited drinks and food, but you can go down the street to find a pharmacy and groceries.

Exceptionally clean hotel which is only 5 years. About 20-25 minutes from southern park entrance. Directly off I-40. Not many restaurants on main strip in town. Room is very spacious and quiet despite being near highway. complimentary breakfast in the morning was great! I would definitely stay here again. I paid about $150 for the stay so it was great deal considering location.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and family friendly. Breakfast options were solid and helped us get an early start before heading into the park. Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay with great value for travelers visiting the national forest area. Highly recommended for families and road-trip travelers alike.

Room was ok. They could allow an actual small table and 2 chairs in the corner of room. They had this tiny chair and side table there which served no purpose. Also, some tile work needs to be fixed in bathroom and the shower door kept opening while showering. Also, giving complimentary water would be nice as well. They did have an awesome breakfast and coffee was free in lobby.
