Quality Inn Holbrook near Petrified Forest

Family of 4, traveling back to Phoenix from Denver loved this motel. We took care of a flat tire on our way home from this long trip which took longer than expected. So we decided it would be best to stop at a somewhere for the night and used Google maps to suggest a room on our route home. It gave us many suggestions and I made many phone calls, but Quality Inn Holbrook was the one we went with because of their prompt service and the price! We didn't arrive until 1am and we so exhausted, ready to hit the hay. The rooms we clean, the room warmed up fast, we all slept until 8:30 and still made it in time for the continental breakfast. (Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, etc.) The service we received was great but the level of service in the dining area specifically was exceptional! Eve

We stayed at this hotel twice—once on our way to California and again on our return trip—and had a consistently great experience both times. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was well stocked with good options, which was especially appreciated during travel days. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making both stays easy and pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Very pleased with the breakfast, it was fantastic. Employees were friendly. We had room 101 a king room. Room was very clean and quiet. Was not happy that the room had no toilet paper. Lets just say it was not the right time to find out there was no toilet paper. Had to call front desk and they were busy so had to send spouse to go get it. The sink taps leaked, bed was not comfortable and shower was very touchy. The slightest turn and you scold yourself. Other quality inn have mattress topper, this was not the case here, this was a hard mattress with no cushioning, almost looked like a box spring.

It's been about a year and countless other hotels around the country since my last stay here and very few compare. There's a great team working here that care about their customers and the property. Rooms are very clean, beds are excellent, building and parking lot are well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful! I've noticed a number of upgrades since last year as well which is great to see! Best spot in Holbrook IMO. Tracy / Sergio & Crew - See you guys next time around, keep it up!! The room was clean & cute. The hotel very nice! The hotel- needs to invest in new mattresses! I have spine issues. The bed was not conducive nor kind to my back. But every thing else was perfect! The staff is so kind! The town- absolutely perfect & cute!!
