GLō Best Western Pooler - Savannah Airport Hotel

The location is great. Close to I-95, shopping, restaurants galore! The room was clean and had updated decor. The front desk girl was friendly and very knowledgeable. Glo is off the main road but down far enough to be very quiet. The lobby is updated, computer and printer available (that I used), and really easy feeling overall. The rate was good but the fees and taxes were a bit much but great rate for the area overall. I liked there were no surprises with fees or charges that I did not expect.

My room was relatively small but big enough for 1 - 2 people, it was actually very well stocked with amenities. Everything worked. I loved the desk by the window. I had a room by the stairs and every time someone came in or out it slammed and it was quite loud. But as far as any other noise including airport noise? Moderate but not disruptive. The breakfast was pretty nice.. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bananas, apples, cereal. Assorted juices. I spilled some cranberry juice like a doofus and a staff member was right there with a mop before I could get napkins. The beds were outstanding. Really can't go wrong at a best Western. Even the not great ones are miles above the competition in terms of value, quality, and service. If I ever come back through I'll for sure stay here again.

The room was small but clean. The water pressure was great!!! The location is great too. The breakfast was not good at all, not even the coffee. Jasmine, who worked at the front desk, was very Professional, helpful and friendly. She even had a great sense of humor. She's one of the reasons why I decided to stay at this hotel for the first time. Don't get rid of Jasmine, she's a keeper!!!

The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!

A very nice, clean hotel. But I think the housekeepers should be quiet when they clean the rooms. The girl with the red hair wouldn't let me sleep because she was talking on the phone and laughing and shouting loudly. Also, if you leave something behind, they never return it. The breakfast was spectacular, and the young man in the kitchen provided excellent service and was very polite.
