Gateway Condos

We stayed in room 101. Pluses: The room was reasonably priced for the convenient location. It was well furnished. The bed was comfortable. It has a huge TV. Minuses: It really isn’t ski-in/ski-out. As the facility doesn’t want you to bring skis into the room, you either have to leave them in your car, leave them outside the unit next to a well traveled path to a main parking lot, or use a ski valet. In any event, the patio door to the outside doesn’t lock properly, and a key wasn’t provided. So, if you don’t use the valet, you have to go to the parking garage and retrieve your skis every day. Plus, you do have to walk a short distance uphill to the lifts. Walking around the village in some cases requires going out on a road with no sidewalks. The room needs updating. It looks like it h

Highly recommended location. Good, clean condos , and amenities (grand floor storage \ under building parking\ hottub, snow clearance etc) ) good service and walking to Treasury ctr. Tru ski in ski out and back for lunch \breaks thru the day

This is the absolute best place to stay in Crested Butte. We've stayed there 2 times and we haven't stayed anywhere else, but we love it. The condos are right on the slope so we ski out in the morning, and back in at noon for lunch in our condo. The kitchens are fully equipped and everything is decorated nicely. The beds are good and maid service is wonderful.

Great location to the ski slopes; it really is ski in, ski out. Very nice staff that were attentive to our requests. The accommodations were a bit dated and the beds and bedding had seen better days, but overall I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great cheap slope-side condos! We most recently stayed in a 10 person condo here and it was almost perfect. I say "almost" because the condo didn't have enough TO or towels for 10 people even though they knew that many were coming and charged us a higher cleaning fee for it.
