Excellent location, very attentive staff, and nicely renovated rooms. The service felt thoughtful and welcoming throughout our stay. If you don’t specifically need a direct ocean view, this is an especially smart choice, you get much better value while still being just across the street from the promenade and beach. Highly recommended for anyone who wants convenience, comfort, and strong value in a great area.

Overall, my group and I had no complaints. You can tell that a lot of the decor and rooms have been recently renovated, and everything feels well cleaned and well taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Rooms were extremely large, comfortably could have fit 6, and the building in a great spot near the boardwalk. We expected to pay for parking, and the lots are small, but I was told that parking is a seasonal fee. Considering the overall price, and the recent name/brand switch, I honestly did not know what to expect heading in, and was pleasantly surprised with how quality everything was.||The only downside was absolutely the noise, a lot of sound came in from outside the building from the streets and from the nearby Airbase. This hotel was awesome especially the room size. The hotel was clean and quiet despite how busy of a weekend it was with a 3 day track meet. I had the pleasure of checking in with Brianna and she was just AMAZING. She was friendly, engaging and VERY helpful. I stayed at this hotel previously and was not charged for parking. So I was surprised when I was told but Brianna explained NOT her fault so I get it. My second night I had to recheck in, I was helped by Rochelle she was polite and friendly as well. I would recommend this property.

They should just consolidate it and make it a parking lot for beach goers. First we got a room that had visible dog hair on EVERYTHING. Inbetween the sheets, the coaches and not small amounts either. My daughter had a complete allergic reaction from her dog dander allergy. I've never seen a room "cleaned" but dog hair in masses. All Over our clothes and luggage. We were then moved to another room. Went into the laundry room, pipes bursted causing feces/ urine water to leak onto us and our things. Breakfast they had a canister of milk out that smelled spoiled the label clearly started Tuesday and it was Thursday. Asked for more milk told there wasn't any. We left our room at 9a, got back at 3p to the room room service hasn't made it. So we ended up sitting at the front desk seeing there isn
