Garden Inn & Suites San Antonio I 35

I can't brag about this day but I can't say that the first room was not accommodating for many reasons that can go unsaid but upon mentioning they did move us to a better fit. Considering the next day we were late leaving and lost our deposit they did put up with a pretty big domestic dispute and didn't call the cops on us. Thank God for your patience and tolerance, we won't be back to bother you again

Price is great. Rooms are clean. Staff and owner's are professional and welcoming. They used to be the LaQuinta but they are now taking over by TownHouse and I’m trusting the process because I know they are renovating and it’s gonna be nice. I stayed three nights so far. No complaints oh and there are waffles for breakfast

Positive: Nothing! I did not realize that we were reserving a room in a terrible part of town. The motel was for people who have no other place to go. Negative: I felt like I was at a homeless shelter. There was a lady talking to the front desk person and was asking him if she had seen her adult son there recently. I knew immediately we were in the territory of drug addicts/homeless community.

I've been staying here for some time now and amongst other issues (roaches,dirty carpet,a/c messes up sometimes, and I'm lucky to get any room service. They turned the water off on Sunday night with no notice so I had to miss work on Monday because it still wasn't fixed. Since then, I have not been offered any discount or days off (I had to ask them for it because they don't know how to do costomer service) every day since then the water keeps getting turned off with no notice and now I face the same issues I had on Monday. I have children who have had to hold their bowels because the restroom is not functioning due to the water issue. Im very upset and they have done nothing but lie Everytime I have asked them anything. Now they won't even turn it on for a little bit and by the time they

Pros: They accepted a photo on my phone of my ID , Deposit was only $20 , closest hotel in the area to a convenience store. CONS: I had to show them the picture of my ID on my phone every morning for some reason beyond my understanding, they wouldn't accept any online bookings, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer available and they cost $3 each n have that stupid CSC program, the staff is mostly middle eastern men. There's hardly anyone staying here, if ur someone like me this is a good cheap spot to utilize at this time . Please don't bring any drama here.
