Garden Inn & Suites Pensacola

Some rooms are under construction because they're in the process of remodeling but the rooms are very clean, the pool, which is closed for the season is still pristine you can tell they do even winter maintenance. The staff is absolutely amazing. They're extremely friendly and any concerns they address immediately. I would recommend if you want a great value and great service this is your place.

King sized roaches, floor busted up at door. Staff was friendly and helpful. A few sketchy looking folks walking around outside the hotel.

This place was by far the most sick place I have ever stayed ! They only reason we stayed the first night was because we didn’t check in till late and after 4 hour drive , we was not leaving to find another hotel! The morning we woke up I went to front desk, showed them how we have , roaches crawling everywhere, someone’s underwear on side the bed , they had mold and so on. Never again!

Mixed experience. The room was decently clean when we arrived, but there are cockroaches and spiders, and a broken dresser. Bathroom seemed clean at first, and the bedding looked clean. Only one staff member was decent — the rest were rude or incompetent. It is usually quiet, but there are drug users and dealers around, which makes it feel sketchy (nothing violent happened while we were here). The motel is overpriced for what you get. TV and basic cable were fine. Wi-Fi is bad in some rooms. AC works, but the heat smells like something is burning. Mini fridge only — no microwave. Pool was barely open during the summer.

i would give this place a negative 10000000 if i could. Location was fine, however the people at the property were not, clearly everybody at this hotel was on some sort of substance. the rooms were DISGUSTING, nothing like the pictures. falling apart, so many different colored stains on the bed🤢, mold everywhere. room smelled so bad i didn’t even bother bringing my 2 year old in there. my friend said her child found needles and pills in their room…. i also went to the desk after looking at the room and asked for a refund he claimed he gave me one but it’s been a week and still haven’t received my money back. the photos on the website must be from 30 years ago when they first opened the property. i promise it looks nothing like them, even a chunk of their roof was missing with tarp over it
