Terrible experience – Staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and tried to extort money We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. When we booked through Booking.com, it clearly stated that free parking was included, but upon arrival, the staff told us the parking was “full” and that it’s on a first-come, first-served basis – which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking terms. After seeing that we were visibly upset, the staff member reluctantly moved his own car to give us a spot. It felt like they were trying to hold the space for an extra charge. At that time, I was moving, so my car was full of personal belongings. My wife an I needed a place for one night in Culver city. We got a good deal on Priceline, and in spite of some old reviews the room we received was very clean and in good condition. The (king size) bed was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioner worked well, and the bathroom was clean and functional. No coffee in the room (there is a coin machine in the office; ditto for ice). One issue may be parking - seems there are fewer parking spots than rooms; we were lucky, but you may need to find street parking .

Stayed here for 2 nights, it was wonderful. Location is great, price is very reasonable and parking included with stay. 5 stars!

Too much noise of traffic Other than that it’s good for over night stay

When I thought we never will find a room, Galaxy Inn was our savior. I called, and was a short and concise conversation. Arrived, the guy at the front was very friendly and he even helps us to find parking (I appreciate that so much). He ask me if I had another ID, which i didn’t, so i pulled out my last resort my Costco membership card (Hahaha). Great guy, great place, I recommend.
