French Quarter Suites

Check-in was wild! The lobby smelled of pure mildew! The card machine was supposedly not working when it was time to put a card on file..The front desk attendant asked if we could write the card number down!? Seriously?!! No ma’am! We were charged extra $120 for 2 of the guest that were registered on the hotels website for booking! We rented a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4 with all 4 guest registered to the room, but according to their “policy” after 2 people the other 2 are an extra $20 per person per day! Total rip off!! We were asked how many keys were needed when clearly we are paying for 4 adults so of course we need 4 keys, but was then told well I only have 2 keys! When asked to speak to a manager or when the manager would be in, attendant at front desk stated she did not know any of that

Entire suite was very spacious and clean. The entire staff was helpful and tentative. I think the location is good, it’s away from all the noise, everything is pretty much within a 15min walk and it has the convenience of a 24hr gas station steps away. Only cons: shower curtains aren’t long enough so the bathroom floor gets wet and signs towards elevators would be very helpful.

Hotel has a convenient walkable location for the French Quarter. Two bedroom suite with kitchenette was great for a party of four. On-site parking at $45 nightly provided in gated lot. Contact hotel direct to reserve your parking space. Quick 15 minute drive to cruise port. Hop on-Hop off bus stop at hotel front door with North Rampart cable car stops just steps away.

Room was extremely clean amd modern. Wifi signal was weak. Pleasant staff. Good location near bourbon.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. It wasn’t the closest to French Quarter or the prettiest but the cleanliness and the kind staff make this a great place. Our room was exactly all we needed. Very clean and comfortable bed with a decent sized bathroom . Easy access to come and go . Thank you for making us feel welcomed !
