We stayed at this park for my first Mardi Gras trip! We wanted to stay close to the action and walking distance to the French Quarter. This park is the closest you can get. It is very secure. Gated and night time security. Needed anywhere in a large downtown location in my opinion. We stayed in premium lot #2. Very close to the clubhouse and amenities. The pool, gym and hot tub were very nice and well kept. We truly enjoyed the hot tub on a cool evening! We could ride our e-bikes or walk to Bourbon St. However only recommended during the day. We would try and Uber back at night but sometimes finding a pick up location was further than walking. We had someone bike us back one night in a cart which was a tin of fun! We also received deliveries for groceries and Amazon packages

Avoid this place like the plague. You will end up parked under the I10 with the constant noise day and night of traffic on the overhead I10 and underneath the local road full of sirens 24/7. Yes they have a great location but the staff are rude and unhelpful to your New Orleans experience. There are predominantly 2 tour companies and most of what you will want to book is not on their availability list. No 1 cemetery is next door but at $39 pp for 45 minute tour is an absolute rip off. They don't tell you public transport is 500 metres away but obviously in for kick backs with taxi info provided by FQRV. Clean and tidy but with of rules and penalties to charged to card without consent .. wish we had opted for the wild camping 2 blocks over for 24 hour parking fee over rather than thei

5 Stars! Would DEFINITELY recommend. We’re urban dwellers so the noise from the highway didn’t bother us in the least; actually we loved the idea of an RV park right down in the city! Even though we tow our little red convertible, this trip we decided to Uber or walk every where. Driving in NOLA for those not experienced is not for the faint of heart! Can’t beat the location, nor the friendly staff! We packed A LOT of living into this stay (our third visit to the Crescent City 🏙️) and couldn’t have had a better experience. Hopefully tomorrow we’ll get a hour to enjoy the pool & hot tub. We’ll be booking another stay on our return trip for Super Sunday; another can’t miss NOLA experience. Substituted “Rooms” for “Sites” which were among the best we ever have had. Wide and roomy, level and c

Excellent looking location for visiting New Orleans. Very secure with friendly security guards. Clean facilities and sites. Ice is available as well as coffee in the morning. We stayed in the back of the park, which was much quieter than the front which is closer to the highway. Well worth the up charge for a premium site, that also included a pergola with lawn furniture and a fire pit. The only downside to our stay was the fire pit. The gas line had a leak and they were unable to fix that while we were there.

This park is undeniably convenient if you want to be close to the French Quarter. We were really only there to sleep at nights, so the location was the biggest plus. However, it felt overpriced for what’s offered, and our experience with the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. If walkability is your priority it may still be worth it... I guess!
