Stay somewhere else! Disgusting! The person at the front desk is very rude. I booked the room and was charged another price once I got there. I questioned it and she was like well thats the price to bad you got the wrong price when you booked it. I asked if they were going to honor the price I was quoted and was told no, (she pretty much told me I could take the price she said or leave, she seemed to not care at all,) also the "resort" tax is a joke this place is so far from any resort I have ever been to truly nasty. The room was ok but the heat didn't work so it had a small bathroom sized space heater that could not keep up with the cold outside so it was always chilly in the room you almost have to sleep in your coat or jacket. Unfortunately I found out when someone left the cleaners do
This is a super cute vintage looking hotel. We stayed on the night of 29th November. The private quad is perfect for friends to crash for the night. The view from our room was nice. The bar and the lounge on the first floor was super cute and nice. Special mention to the receptionist - I forgot to ask his name, but African American dude. He is the best. Amazing hospitality from the staff.
I went on this trip with a friend. We were intrigued by the ambiance of the lobby and the bar that was featured. It was in a great location so we thought it would be perfect. When we arrived, the hotel room was absolutely FILTHY and DISGUSTING. I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. The heat didn’t work and the room temp was absolutely freezing. Like had to wear my jacket and gloves inside. We finally asked to switch to a room where the heat worked. That room was even colder. And filthier. If that’s even possible. The staff was very pleasant so I feel bad writing this review but I felt absolutely disgusting. I washed everything that entered that hotel room when I got home.
Queen size Room- I’d rate it just below average. Stay was ok, served as a place to sleep nothing more. Do not book if you expect “luxury”. 2 or 3 star at best. We had the tag on display saying ‘please clean’ but not once had towels or bedding changed. Bed was comfortable. Room was cold, as air-con could not be set above 87F, and had to request an additional blow heater. The decor and room itself very dated, flaking paint on the roof. Checking in was quick, no issue with the staff whatsoever. Think they probably would’ve freshened the room up if I had asked instead of relying on the door tag. But it does defeat the purpose of having a tag. In all not a bad stay, serves a purpose, nothing luxurious
Nice room but small. Good value for the price. Lots of younger people stay here. Lobby is comfy and swank. Has two bars but the drinks are expensive!!! 20.00 for a vodka soda. Better off going to pizza Uno. They have a nice bar and great pizza!
