Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. The hotel staff was so accommodating and definitely went above and beyond to make our stay special and personalized. Dinner in Skyhigh was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room 4816 was beautiful, clean, and the turndown service nightly was excellent. Stunning views of the city from all angles! The spa was beautiful but I wish I had asked for a little tour the first day we arrived as I didn’t realize there was a steam room / sauna until the last day. We had such an elevated experience and highly recommend Four Seasons Philadelphia. From check in to check out everyone was amazing. Thank you and we look forward to staying again!

I had the pleasure of rejoining the Four Seasons Hotel. This hotel has the best service. You are welcomed at the front by Lou and escorted to the reception by Saleem. Jordan and Maria at reception are amazing. Fernando assisted with my luggage and Mallory arranged an Amazing welcome amenity with my favorite treats. Michael in sky-high and Marguerita are so warm. Aaron and Joseph in Security were also very helpful. I strongly encourage anyone who travels to Philadelphia must stay at The Four Seasons Hotel!

Not a great location, but a fantastic hotel. Great breakfast and bar and obviously, a fantastic view. The bar has some great vibes and the infinity pool is gorgeous. My room was very comfortable and the shower has good pressure. Very clean room and the shades open automatically (some cool buttons). Would definitely come back here again!

Everything was perfect throughout my stay. I stayed at the hotel for New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone from the valet driver to the spa attendants were friendly and helpful. I was in room 5019 and the view of the city was so nice. I had a massage at the spa and it was great. The pool area is beautiful and I had the whole pool to myself for two hours the next morning. Breakfast at the Skyhigh was delicious. The concierges and housekeepers were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to ensure my stay was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations!

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed at this four seasons location. We were in town for an awards ceremony for my wife and to say they impressed is an understatement. My wife arrived one day early and they had already upgraded her room, left her a very nice note and proceeded to make her these very special treats the next day. The hotel is immaculate and the service is impeccable! We will be back for sure!
