Four Seasons Hotel Nashville

This was our fourth stay at a Four Seasons property, and we have consistently had great experiences with the brand. This visit did include a few minor hiccups compared to our previous stays, but true to their name, the team made every effort to make things right. We experienced some issues with the room, including lighting concerns and miscommunication around turndown service, as well as not receiving service during part of our stay. Julia, who leads housekeeping, stepped in that evening and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. She was kind, responsive, and extended additional hospitality, which we truly appreciated. At checkout, the management team also acknowledged the challenges and ensured we left on a positive note. There were many positives during this stay. The room was

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on this trip and a wonderful hotel experience. The location of the hotel made it so convenient to explore Nashville. I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout our visit. The service from everyone was exceptional, especially our valet, Sophia. She was very personable and reliable. We will be returning for our next Nashville trip!

We enjoyed a two night stay and the staff was professional, kind, & friendly. The room was lovely, albeit kind of a stark, modern feel, but very comfortable and with a nice view. Great in-room breakfast and an excellent meal at the restaurant. Good location for walking around Nashville!

We had the pleasure of working with Hovig Boyajian, the front office manager for the Nashville location. I can’t say enough about the level of service we got from him, and everyone else involved. We called to make a reservation after deciding we needed to stop on our road trip. We told them we were traveling with 4 young children and asked if they would be able to accommodate us. Please see the photos below. The staff here turned a hotel room into a home away from home. Our kids immediately ran to the tent and jumped inside. My wife was thrilled to not only see a crib already in our room, but it was filled with a brand new diaper genie, soaps, and even a one-sie outfit for the baby. The room was new and modern.
