Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

We stayed for two nights for my cousin’s wedding, and it was everything we’ve come to expect from Four Seasons. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warm, genuinely friendly staff who made us feel instantly welcome. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with incredible views of downtown and the lake, which truly elevated the entire weekend. The restaurant team was exceptional and even added a touch of humor that made each meal memorable. Housekeeping was incredibly prompt with every request and went above and beyond by leaving thoughtful surprises in our room throughout our stay. The service was seamless, polished, and truly fantastic from start to finish.

Excellent hotel at excellent location. Good F&B options. The view is wonderful

I had a planned surgery nextdoor at the surgical center and booked the Four Seasons after my original hotel, The Talbot had very uncomfortable beds. I knew this would hinder my recovery after surgery so we booked the Four Seasons because we just knew they would deliver and they went above and beyond. When we checked in, our concierge Laith I believe was his name upgraded us to the suite after we shared I would be getting surgery. Our room, our bed, the view and housekeeping service was SPECTACULAR! It was such a blessing to have this space to recover for the next 3 days. We also got spa treatments the day prior to my surgery and our masseuse, Tessa was AMAZING! After my procedure was done, we never had to step outside the building. We had a great stay here, while in Chicago for personal business. Close to great shopping and many great restaurants. Great location for walkability. Typical Four Seasons vibe, with good service. Great bar, which wasn’t busy. Food from the restaurant was delicious and delivered quickly. Nice bathtubs in the suites with LeLabo products. Valet staff was really friendly and helpful. We were surprised they don’t offer a car service or option other than Lyft/Uber or a contracted company for close by destinations (for longer distances they do). Great views!
